



Fitness Boot Camp is a fun and challenging way to burn body fat and get in great shape in a group setting. This indoor class consists of warming-up, then doing weight training, interval training, core exercises and more and finally stretching at the end.

2. RESULTS! The workouts are designed based on current science and clients get great results and stay injury free.
These aren't workouts that were slapped together in 5 minutes without any thought. These are workouts that were
well thought out based on many years of studying and experience to select the safest, most effective exercises and
design them in a well organized program.
3. LIMITED NUMBER OF PEOPLE! The classes are limited to about 14 people so you don't get lost in a crowd. It's not
our goal to jam as many people as we can into a room so we can make the most money. Our goal is to give you the
attention that you need so that you perform the exercises correctly and get the results that you came for!
4. NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT! CR Fitness provides you with practical nutritional information and support so you can
make lifestyle changes to maintain your results. Who wants to lose weight by dieting, only to gain it all back again?

have a busy schedule.
5. INDOOR FACILITY! The indoor facility has artificial turf and rubber flooring which is soft on the joints. It's comfortable
to train in the winter and when it's nice out, the large garage door can be opened which is just like being outdoors.
6. ACCESS TO EQUIPMENT! There is no need to bring any equipment to class. All boot campers have access to several
dumbbell racks, cable machines, benches, kettlebells, cardio equipment and more! This allows you to train in a variety
of ways and to select weights that are appropriate for you to maximize your results!
7. CUSTOMIZATION OF EXERCISES! Have a limitation? Can't do push ups? No problem. At CR Fitness we can
customize exercises to meet your needs so that you can do the workouts at your own pace and at your own
level. And if you're advanced, we can make the exercises harder too :)
8. WE CARE! We're not a gym that just cares about your membership fees and hopes you don't show up so it's not
