5. INDOOR FACILITY! The indoor facility has artificial turf and rubber flooring which is soft on the joints. It's
comfortable to train in the winter and when it's nice out, the large garage door can be opened which is just like being
outdoors.
6. ACCESS TO EQUIPMENT! There is no need to bring any equipment to class. All boot campers have access to
several dumbbell racks, cable machines, benches, kettlebells, cardio equipment and more! This allows you to train in
a variety of ways and to select weights that are appropriate for you to maximize your results!
7. CUSTOMIZATION OF EXERCISES! Have a limitation? Can't do push ups? No problem. At CR Fitness we can
customize exercises to meet your needs so that you can do the workouts at your own pace and at your own
