I evaluate their fitness plan, their nutrition, their lifestyle and their mindset to figure out their problem areas. Then I come up with a customized solution for them. And I motivate my clients until they reach their goals (and then we set new ones)!
My Boot Camp and Personal Training programs are based on current science and my many years of experience. I select only the most effective, safest exercises to use with my clients. My nutritional advice is included in every program and it’s very practical and doesn’t mean starving yourself.
